Our products have different sizes and fittings. We recommend looking at the size chart for the correct measurements. Stay to your usual size for the signature REMINDEЯ look.

How do I take care of my items?

All items in our collection come with a care label. We recommend you to always follow the instructions on this label.

The item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?

We're sorry that the item you are interested in is out of stock. Occasionally, depending on the style, items and sizes are restocked. On the product page, you can subscribe to get notified then your item is back in stock.

Why didn't I receive an order confirmation?

It can take up to two hours after you have placed your order for you to receive the confirmation email. Please also check your spam inbox.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The Netherlands - 1-2 working days - €6,95 (Free shipping from €100)   

Europe Zone 1 - 1-3 working days - €10 (Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg & Spain)

Europe Zone 2 - 3-5 working days - €15 (All other European countries)

United Kingdom - 3-5 working days - €15 (England & Ireland)

What is the current status of my order?

You can check the current status of your order on our Order Tracking page, with your unique tracking number. You will receive this tracking number by email after placing an order.

I have not received my order, where is it?

Please check the following before contacting our customer service:

  • Check if you have received an email confirming your order has been dispatched.
  • Check the tracking information that is included in your dispatch confirmation email using the relevant link.
  • Check for emails, phone calls and attempted delivery cards from one of our couriers, it may be that your parcel is being held at your local depot awaiting collection or redelivery.
  • Check nobody at your address has taken the delivery on your behalf.

Please contact carrier and info@reminder-clothing.com and we'll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns

What is your Return Policy?

We will accept returns and issue a refund. To make a return you have to meet the following requirements:

  • All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt
  • All products must be unworn and unwashed
  • All products must have all original REMINDEЯ tags still attached.

How can I return my order?

Members with an account can make a return request in their account overview. If you don't have an account you can send an email to info@reminder-clothing.com to make a return request. Make sure you include your order number and the reason for your return.

How long will it take to receive a refund?

Once you've send your items back to us, and we have received your items, you should receive a refund within 7 working days of it reaching our warehouse. Please note that items can take longer to reach the warehouse than it says on status update. It can take up to 14 work days for your return to reach us.

My payment has failed. What should I do?

A few issues could occur:

Did you get the notification ‘Payment failed’ after you went through the payment procedure? There are a few solutions: delete your cookies and cache data, use a different browser or use a different payment method. If this doesn’t solve the problem, please contact us.

If you have used a credit card that wasn't linked to your shipping address, the ordered will be cancelled automatically for fraud prevention purposes. Depending on your payment method, you will receive the purchase amount within 1 to 5 days.

If the purchase amount has been deducted from your bank account and the order failed, then please contact us as soon as possible, so we can start processing your order. Please send us a screenshot of the payment and we will send you the product.

Will there be any additional costs to my order?

Orders within the European Union are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) and will not be subject to any additional charges. Orders outside the European Union may incur additional costs.
